You can easily modify the WHOIS contacts of the domain through your Control Panel interface, or, if you don't wish this information to be public at all, you can order a Whois Privacy Protection service, so nobody will be able to view your real contact information.

The .NET top-level domain supports internationalized names, so you can pick whether you want to aim at a particular country or territory using a domain name in the local language, or the global Internet community – using a generic English name.
