Dot NAME Domains

Established in 2001, the .NAME TLD is the sole TLD intended for personal websites only. These domains can be personal or fictitious names, aliases and/or other designations people are known by. At the beginning, solely 3rd-level registrations were allowed, so if you wanted to secure john.doe.name, you were supposed to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was liberalized and second-level registrations were also allowed. Already purchased 3rd-level domains remained working.

You will be able to update the WHOIS contact info, to park your domain, to set up Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an existing domain to our firm if you receive its EPP transfer authorization code from the current registrar company and we will renew it as soon as the transfer has been finished.
